摘要
将FeSO4-THPS结合鞣法与Cr鞣法和Fe(Ⅱ)鞣法进行对比,考察了它们鞣制绵羊皮后革坯的状态,测定和评估了复鞣加脂后成革的物理力学性能及感官特征,并对坯革的耐热老化性进行了测试。结果发现:Fe(Ⅱ)-THPS结合鞣制绵羊皮收缩温度(Ts)能达到92.4℃,且鞣后革坯丰满度和粒面紧实度优于Fe(Ⅱ)鞣,复鞣加脂后成革抗张强度8.456MPa,撕裂强度22.985N/mm,物理力学性能达到绵羊服装革的标准,粒面紧实,柔软度好,厚度均匀。Fe(Ⅱ)-THPS结合鞣革物理力学性能和感官性能比单独Fe(Ⅱ)鞣革好,耐热老化能力与Cr鞣革和Fe(Ⅱ)鞣革相当。热老化对成革撕裂强度影响最大。
Control experiments were carried out through solo chrome tanning,ferrous sulfate tanning and Fe(Ⅱ)-THPS combination tanning.Physical mechanical properties and organoleptic properties were tested and ageing resistance test was also determined.The results show that the shrinkage temperature(Ts) of leather by Fe(Ⅱ)-THPS combination tannage can reach 92.4 ℃,fullness and grain tightness were better than that of Fe(Ⅱ) tannage;after retannage and fatliquoring the tensile strength and tear strength can reach 8.456 ...
