摘要
以聚乙烯醇、明胶和淀粉为原料,通过共混交联制备了一种新型聚乙烯醇复合肥料包膜。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射、扫描电镜、热重分析和差示量热扫描表征了复合包膜的结构,并测试了膜的抗张强度、断裂伸长率、耐水性和尿素在水中的释放率。结果表明该条件下复合包膜中组分之间产生了较强的相互作用,在农业领域该膜有潜在利用价值。
The biodegradable coating materials of fertilizers were made of gelatin,starch and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) by blending and crossing-linking reaction in this paper.The chemical structures of films were investigated by FT-IR spectrum,X-ray diffraction,SEM photograph and thermal analysis.Moreover,tensile strength,breaking extension,water absorption and nutrient release rate were measured.The results show that there are interactions in the raw materials and the product is a new stable compound.The blending and c...
