分析了老年人价值的构成;指出老年人不仅应利用丰富的知识和经验继续为经济建设发挥余热;同时,还指出只有不断充实新的科学知识,才能适应新形势,发挥"余热",做好工作,从而使老年人在老有所为中实现其社会价值。

This paper analyzes the composition of senior citizens social value.It points out that if a senior citizen in his late years hopes to adapt to new situation and work better in order to realize his social value he should not only apply his knowledge and experience in economic construction but continuously enrich his scientific knowledge as well.
