德沃金试图超越罗尔斯的平等自由主义和诺奇克的极端自由主义,开辟出自由主义的第三条道路:在自由与平等的关系方面,他主张平等优先于自由;在分配正义方面,他主张一种资源平等;在平等的基础方面,他主张自然权利理论。
Dworkin attempted to surpass Rawls equal libertarianism and Nozick s extreme libertarianism.He created a third type of libertarianism in aspect of the relationship between liberty and equality,which advocated that equality is prior to liberty;in aspect of justice of distribution,which claimed that resource should be equally distributed;in the aspect of equality,he recommended the theory of natural rights.
