摘要
消费者的需求、技术和竞争的快速变化,使得旅游企业需要经常性地进行新产品的开发设计。新产品与原有旅游产品相比应具有明显的优点,更加符合市场需求。对于企业来讲,无论选择哪种策略,都要根据顾客的需要、企业的资源以及市场环境等条件进行周密策划。
Due to the rapid changes of consumer demands,technologies and competition,tourism enterprises should develop and design new products frequently. Compared with the original products,the new ones must have obvious advantages and meet the needs of markets. It is very important for enterprises to plan based on customers needs,enterprises resources and market environment.
