Establishing Perfect Risk Assessment Methods to Promote the Healthy Development of Real Estate Industry

近年来,我国房地产市场竞争日益激烈,大量资金进入房地产投资领域,房地产已经成为国民经济新的投资热点。社会需求的增加、投资规模的扩大,极大地促进了我国房地产的迅速发展。本文运用模糊综合评价法建立我国房地产投资风险评价指标体系,对房地产投资风险进行评价。

In recent years,the competition in the real estate market is becoming more impetuous. A large number of funds entered the field of real estate investment,and the real estate has become a new investment hot spot of the national economy. The incensement of social demand and the enlargement of investment scale have greatly promoted the development of Chinese real estate. Using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,this paper established an evaluation index system to assess the risk of real estate investment.
