炼钢-连铸动画仿真系统设计与开发

Design and Development of Steelmaking-Continuous Casting Animated Simulation System

针对炼钢厂的调度过程十分复杂,既要保证计划的有效性,也要考虑钢水运输等及时性的问题,讨论了基于层次分析的评价方法在计划评价中与仿真技术在直观显示炼钢-连铸生产过程中调度出现问题的作用。运用动画仿真技术仿真运输设备和主体设备间协调运行状况,验证多炼钢-连铸生产计划运行的合理性;采用层次分析评价法对调度结果进行综合评价。最后使用现场数据,该动画仿真系统成功实现了对调度计划执行过程的仿真;并对炼钢-连铸生产各工序保持物流生产紧密衔接、降低能源和材料消耗起到重要的指导作用。

To the problem that the steelmaking schedule process is very complex induding the effectiveness of completes the plan,and the timeliness of the steel transport,the AHP assessment is discussed.The schedule process can be displayed clearly by using animated simulation.By the cartoon simulation technology,the coordination between transportation equipments and main equipments can be simulated.
