蒸汽发生器换热管壁温的计算

Simulation of temperature of heat change tubes in steam generator

利用两种方法计算了蒸汽发生器换热管的管壁温度,得到了蒸汽发生器换热管壁温沿轴向和径向的分布规律。管壁温度接近导热系数较大-侧介质的温度,且内外壁温差较小。沿换热管轴向的管壁温度分布基本一致,沿壁厚方向的壁温由高温侧到低温侧介质呈直线分布。

The wall temperature of heat exchange tubes in steam generator was simulated.The law of axial and radial distributions of wall temperature of the heat exchange tubes in steam generator were obtained. When the wall temperature approaches medium major convective heat-transfer coefficient,the temperature difference is small between internal wall and outer wall,and the distribution of temperature along wall thickness is in straight line.
