Comparison and analysis of 3 operation modes of 82 000 b/d diesel hydrofining unit

为提高装置经济效益,对青岛炼油化工有限责任公司4.1 Mt/a柴油加氢装置分别生产0号国标柴油、欧Ⅲ标准柴油以及出口非洲柴油三种产品的生产方案进行了比较。通过对主要工艺参数、产品性质、装置氢耗、装置能耗等方面的分析,为装置生产方案调整提供了依据。

To improve the economic benefits of the 82 000 b/d diesel hydrofining unit,the unit was operated in 3 operation modes to produce GB standard diesel,EuroⅢstandard diesel and diesel to be exported to African countries.The main operation parameters,product properties,hydrogen consumption and energy requirement of 3 operation modes were analyzed,which provides a good basis for adjusting the unit operation.
