摘要
通过对二甲苯装置的能耗构成分析,确定该装置能耗的主要构成是燃料、电和蒸汽,燃料消耗占总能耗的60%~80%。从优化原料和产品结构、优化技术路线和工艺方案以及优化大型设备的设计和操作等方面对对二甲苯装置节能降耗的有效途径和措施进行探讨。
The main energy consumptions of PX unit are fuel,electricity and steam,and fuel consumption accounts to 60%-80%of the total energy requirement of the unit.The effective energy saving measures and approaches are studied in respect of feedstock and product slates optimization,process optimization,large equipment design optimization and operation optimization.
