摘要
按照某催化裂化装置烟气脱硫洗涤塔塔体设计受载条件下受到的重力、压力、风载荷、地震载荷及温度载荷的组合参数进行了应力场数值模拟。采用实体单元建立洗涤塔有限元分析模型;运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其温度场、应力场及温度-应力耦合场进行了数值模拟。最后依据JB 4732—1995对计算结果进行校核,结果表明脱硫洗涤塔的设计满足要求。
