摘要
结合延迟焦化装置生焦周期的现状,分析了焦炭塔的泡焦,焦炭塔顶盖、塔底盖的拆卸,水力除焦,焦炭塔顶盖、塔底盖的安装,油气预热等各种影响因素,结合实际生产操作,提出了通过改进工艺设计的途径来优化焦炭塔的操作步骤。
Based upon the status-quo of coking cycle of delayed coking unit,the factors affecting the coking cycle are analyzed such as bubble coke,removal of top and bottom heads of coke drum,hydraulic decoking, installation of top and bottom heads of coke drum and oil vapor preheating,etc.Improvement of process design is proposed to optimize the coke drum operation in consideration of actual unit operation conditions.
