摘要
针对某炼油厂的制氢转化炉,采用流体力学模拟软件Fluent进行了流体力学、传热学和燃烧化学反应的模拟计算,包括现场运行工况下制氢转化炉炉膛内的流场、温度场和组分浓度场的分布情况。计算结果表明,运行工况下的模拟计算数据与工业生产数据基本吻合,验证了模型的合理性与可靠性。
The numerical simulation of hydrodynamics,heat transfer and combustion chemical reaction of a steam reformer for hydrogen generation was performed by using dedicated hydrodynamic simulation software-Fluent.
