摘要
目的:研究青岛啤酒熟啤与纯生啤酒添加不同的剂量对果蝇生长发育和繁殖的影响,探讨两者的营养价值。方法:市场上购买8°P系列熟啤与纯生啤酒分别配制不同添加量的啤酒处理培养基和对照培养基,喂食果蝇(野生型OregonK品系黑腹果蝇),观察并记录果蝇生长发育的指标参数。结果:与对照组相比,用纯生啤酒喂养的果蝇寿命、存活率、交配率、繁殖率方面显著高于用熟啤喂养的果蝇。同时,添加啤酒的比例也对试验结果存在显著影响,添加啤酒的比例为35%和30%的处理培养基,果蝇生长发育和繁殖的指标均显著地高于添加比例为15%和10%的处理培养基。结论纯生啤酒对果蝇生长发育及繁殖的各项正相关指标均显著高于熟啤。
