摘要
采用稀释平板法从高温大曲中分离筛选得到10株耐高温细菌,经平板初筛和摇瓶复筛,获得1株淀粉酶活力较高的菌株BGG4,其酶活为99.0U/g,以及1株酸性蛋白酶活力较高的菌株BGG1,其酶活为:1270.1U/g。
This test applied microbiological ways to isolate and differentiate ten thermophilic bacteria from high temperature Daqu.According to plate screening and conical flask screening,we obtained a strain of higher amylase producing capability,the survival rate of amylase of BGG4 reach to 99.0U/g,and the survival rate of protease of BGG1 reach to 1270.1U/g.
