摘要
于2006-2007年,在北京和山东两地研究了阿维菌素在油白菜Brassica campestrisL.和结球甘蓝Brassica oleraceaL.var.capitataL.中的残留及消解动态。样品用乙腈提取,正己烷萃取,加入乙腈、N-甲基咪唑和三氟乙酸酐衍生化,后经高效液相色谱-荧光检测器(HPLC-FLD)检测。在0.005~0.100mg/kg添加水平下,采用该方法测得阿维菌素在油白菜和结球甘蓝中的回收率分别在90.1%~93.2%和87.7%~93.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.3%~4.7%和3.1%~6.3%;最小检出量(LOD)为3ng,最低检测浓度(LOQ)为0.005mg/kg。用一级动力学方程拟合消解动态试验结果,R2为0.9005~0.9738,阿维菌素在油白菜和结球甘蓝中的半衰期分别为1.3~1.7d和1.4~1.6d。最终残留试验结果表明,分别在末次施药后7d和3d,油白菜和结球甘蓝中阿维菌素的最终残留量分别为未检出~0.043mg/kg和未检出~0.035mg/kg,均低于我国规定的最大残留限量(MRL)值0.05mg/kg。
