摘要
采用高效液相色谱-紫外检测器(HPLC-UVD)测定了甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在水稻植株、稻米、稻田水样及土壤中的消解动态和最终残留。水稻、稻米和土壤样品用丙酮-水(7∶3,体积比)提取,水样用二氯甲烷提取,经液液萃取净化,HPLC-UVD检测,外标法定量。结果表明:甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在田水中的添加水平为0.050~1.0mg/kg时,回收率为88.44%~94.10%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.09%~10.57%;在植株、稻米和土壤中的添加水平在0.10~1.0mg/kg时,回收率分别为86.29%~101.1%,84.49%~105.5%和88.69%~93.27%,RSD分别为11.28%~13.68%,2.62%~6.73%和6.72%~8.89%;在稻米中的检出限为0.018mg/kg,定量限为0.061mg/kg;在植株、水样和土壤中的半衰期分别为1.52~1.61,1.93~2.04和2.01~2.14d;施药浓度为推荐剂量,最多4次,最后一次施药距采收的间隔期为7d时,稻米中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的残留量均低于最低检出浓度。
The residual dynamics and final residues of emamectin benzoate in paddy,rice,water and soil samples were determined by high performance liquid chromatography equipped with ultraviolet detector(HPLC-UVD).Water samples were extracted with methylene chloride and other samples were extracted with acetone/water(7∶3,V/V),the extracts were cleaned up by liquid-liquid extraction.Under the fortified level 0.050 to 1.0 mg/kg,the recovery ranged from 88.44% to 94.10% for water,86.29% to 101.1% for paddy,84.49% to 105....
