摘要
本文综述了一种高效育种技术Genome shuffling(基因组重组)技术及其在细菌、真菌及放线菌的菌种选育方面的应用研究进展。与传统育种技术相比,Genome shuffling技术是一种全基因组重排的高效定向育种技术。菌株经过多轮递归原生质体融合,使正向突变的不同基因重组到同一个融合子中,大幅提高菌种的正突变性,打破在菌种改良过程中的诸多局限性,在现代菌种选育中得以广泛应用。
