摘要
某系杆拱桥运营2年后,系杆腐蚀导致2根系杆突然断裂,更换2根系杆后安装12根应急系杆作为应急措施,后研究决定对该桥余下38根系杆予以更换。该桥34根系杆由19股钢绞线更换为22股钢绞线,其余4根与原设计相同(13股)。采用特制长手柄砂轮人工切割系杆,用临时台座上张拉的临时索(应急系杆)代替切断系杆,切断一根系杆后,安装张拉该系杆、切割下一根系杆。采用喷砂除锈和注入防锈油脂防腐蚀工艺防止系杆钢绞线腐蚀。系杆更换后至今桥梁运营工作状况良好。
