摘要
新建津秦铁路客运专线下坞蓟运河特大桥斜交跨越津山铁路,交角仅12°。其上部结构为7孔16 m连续箱梁,墩身为门式框架墩。基础施工前对原铁路线既有设备进行迁改及防护。门式框架墩横梁及连续箱梁需要跨越铁路现浇施工,设计采用组合移动防护支架法施工,2台移动防护支架正式拼装前均需进行试拼和静载压重试验,在门式框架墩墩身施工以及连续箱梁施工中利用支架对运营铁路进行防护,移动支架作为主要承重结构完成桥墩横梁的施工。
