吗啡预处理对兔缺氧/复氧损伤肾脏组织SOD和MDA的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨吗啡预处理对兔缺氧复氧损伤肾脏组织的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响。方法雄性新西兰大白兔27只随机分成正常对照组(N组)、缺氧复氧组(H/R组)和吗啡预处理组(MO+H/R组)。H/R组和MO+H/R组分别静脉注射生理盐水5 mL和吗啡3 mg/kg后吸入8%O23 h后空气复氧3h。比较各组肾脏组织SOD、MDA水平和肾脏含水量。结果与N组比,H/R组明显降低SOD活力〔(226±13.3)U/g,P<0.05〕,增加MDA含量〔(29.02±2.15)U/g,P<0.05〕。与H/R组相比,吗啡缺氧预处理明显增加了肾脏组织SOD活力〔(294±14.1)nmol/L,P<0.05〕,降低肾脏组织MDA含量〔(16.55±2.23)nmol/L,P<0.05〕。3组兔肾组织水含量差异无统计学意义。结论吗啡缺氧预处理可能减轻缺氧复氧损伤肾脏中MDA的生成,增强SOD的活力,从而发挥对兔缺氧复氧损伤肾脏的保护作用。
