疑似大骨节病儿童的手部高场强MRI影像学初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的初步探讨四川省大骨节病区疑似大骨节病儿童的手部高场强磁共振成像(MRI)表现以及评价3DWATSc对手小关节成像的价值。方法筛选病区612岁疑似大骨节病学龄期儿童6名,使用3.0T超高场强磁共振仪以及小动物线圈,分别对6名儿童双手食指、中指及环指进行扫描,总结疑似大骨节病儿童手指指间关节的MR异常表现,并与X线征象对照;同时比较T1W3DFFE及3DWATSc序列关节软骨及骺软骨的信号特点、信噪比等。结果所筛查6名大骨节疑似病童的手部MRI骺线穿通、中断或形态不整、模糊、信号异常;前期钙化带中断、凹陷;锥形骺等,部分表现与X线表现相对应。T1W3DFFE及3DWATSc序列均可显示手指小关节软骨以及其异常变化,3DWATSc的成像效果及图像的信噪比、对噪比优于T1W3DFFE序列。结论疑似大骨节病儿童指间关节有一定的MRI表现,部分与X线征象对应。3DWATSc序列观察小关节软骨及骺软骨优于T1W3DFFE序列。
