西北农村地区寄宿制办学的思考

农村寄宿制学校是促进教育资源合理配置的重要举措。目前在西北农村地区寄宿制学校迅速推广的过程中,存在着诸如农村地区寄宿制学校标准化、规范化建设和学生的心理健康等方面的问题,这些问题已经影响到了寄宿制学校的办学质量和长期发展。通过对西北农村地区寄宿制学校建设中存在问题的分析,提出加大对贫困地区农村寄宿制学校的经费投入、设立农村寄宿制学校生活教师编制、提高农村寄宿制学校的家校合作水平、加快农村寄宿制学校标准化、规范化建设速度等措施,以保证寄宿制学校这一办学模式的质量与发展。
