Professionalism of welfare services is a general trend of welfare agencies.Since the twenty-first century,as an important impetus for the professionalism of social welfare,social work is going into its field.In promoting professional process of social welfare sevices,it is the focus of exploring social work models playing their positive functions.This paper explores professinal way of welfare agencies by social work,form strengthening its coordinator function.
