本科生就业心理调查研究——以内蒙古呼和浩特市为例

The Research of the Psychology of Undergraduates in Employment in Inner Mongolia

本研究以内蒙古地区高校的应届本科毕业生为研究对象,采用问卷调查方式进行。调查了解了内蒙古呼和浩特市本科生就业心理的现状。研究结果显示内蒙古呼和浩特市本科生的就业心理既有积极的心理,又存在着一些问题。

The questionnaire was used in the research to investigate the psychology of undergraduates in employment who were the students of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. It showed that there were some problems in Employment. However, the undergraduates were positive to apply for a job.
