摘要
几十年来,我国都是通过人工插木棒来熄灭阳极效应,这种方法不仅对生态造成破坏,造成环境污染,还加剧铝液波动,增加铝的二次反应,降低电流效率等。随着电解技术要求的提高,必须寻找一种新的熄灭效应方法来满足控制要求。本文描述一种通过边下料边降阳极来熄灭阳极效应的方法,实验证明这种方法有效并已在320kA电解槽上推广使用,取得了良好的效果。
