摘要
分析了铝电解槽阴极铝液面波动的原因及其对铝电解生产的影响,提出了测量电解槽铝液面波动的测量方法和原理,通过对新型阴极结构电解槽和传统普通电解槽的阳极导杆等距离压降测定,认为新型阴极结构电解槽比普通电解槽有较少的阴极铝液面波动。
The reasons of fluctuation of liquid aluminium surface on the pot cathode and influence on aluminium production are analyzed,and measurement method and principle for fluctuation of liquid aluminium surface are proposed.After equidistance voltage drops on anode rods for new cathode structure pots and normal pots are measured and compared,it is found out that the fluctuation in the new cathode structure pot is less than that in the normal pot.
