循环流化床回料阀内气固两相流的实验研究 被引量:5

Experimental Study of the Gas-solid Two-phase Flow Inside the Material Return Valve of a Circulating Fluidized Bed

摘要 对循环流化床回料阀内的气固两相流动进行了冷态实验及数值模拟。根据循环流化床回料阀内的气固两相流的特点,选用欧拉模型对回料阀中的流动进行模拟,分析了回料阀内压力场、气相和固相流场结构。研究表明:立管压差与立管内的物料堆积高度成正比;回料阀内气、固两相流场结构相似;配料室内空隙率分布在0.45~0.55之间,输送室内空隙率大部分分布在0.65~0.9之间;气相速度分布对回料阀内空隙率分布有重要影响,速度较大的区域空隙率较大,反之亦然。 A cold-state test and a numerical simulation were performed of the gas-solid two-phase flow inside the material return valve of a circulating fluidized bed.According to the features of the gas-solid two-phase flow under discussion,the Euler model was used to simulate the foregoing two-phase flow with the configuration of the pressure field and the gas and solid phase flow field inside the return valve being analyzed.It has been found that the pressure difference in the vertical tube is in direct proportion ...
