Optimization Analysis of Short Message Failure Caused by SDCCH Handoff

本文通过对短信下发中最常见的MSC拒绝和MSC系统错误两类网络错误的分析,阐述了SDCCH信道切换对短信业务的影响,提出禁止SDCCH信道切换与核心网增强型短信重传方法两种解决方案,最终解决SDCCH信道切换导致短信下发失败的问题。

This paper elaborates that SDCCH handoff had an influence on the short messages service by analyzing the MSC refusal and MSC system failure which are the familiar network errors on the process of delivering short messages.It proposed ban on SDCCH handoff and core network messaging retransmission method of enhanced two solutions,And then solves the short message failure problem which caused by the SDCCH handoff ultimately.
