Network measurement is one of important means for dealing with network theory researches,management and engineer development.In this paper,evolution of IP network measurement is reviewed at first.Then,basic concepts and various methods of network measurement are introduced.Afterwards,several key technologies involved in network measurement are discussed in detail,including network performance measurement,network flow measurement,and network tomography,etc.Finally,brief summary of the paper is given.
