摘要
本文从电信运营的视角出发,提出了山西公司现网中一个基于CM-IMS网络架构的智能电话业务平台,如何在业务运营、营账计费、信令呼叫和媒体流程等运营环节,在CM-IMS核心网建设进程中以及后续多厂家核心网存在,实现平滑过渡接入的技术解决方案;同时,从技术层面分析和探讨了全业务运营背景下,在保证业务连续的条件下,移动运营商业务平台演进和发展需要注意的问题。
In this paper, a solution for multi-home CN is proposed, the solution discusses a smart telephone system based on CM-IMS how to access to the core networks which are provided by the different technology specifications and the different telecommunication manufactories.
