四君子汤对脾虚犬体重及部分血清生化指标的影响

Effects of Decoction of Four Mild Drugs on the Body Weight and the Part of Seral Biochemical Indicators in Dogs with Syndrome of Splenic Asthenia

通过皮下注射利血平复制犬脾虚证动物模型,观察犬临床体征、体重及部分血清生化指标变化情况,研究四君子汤对脾虚犬体重及血清生化水平的影响。结果显示,在犬出现脾虚证候后,体重与血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLO)水平均显著低于空白对照组(P<0.05);用四君子汤治疗7 d后,脾虚犬体重与血清TP、ALB、GLO均恢复到与空白对照组水平接近,而未经治疗的脾虚试验组犬各项指标未恢复到与空白对照组接近,与空白对照组和四君子汤治疗组比较呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,通过皮下注射利血平可以复制犬脾虚证动物模型,用四君子汤治疗犬脾虚证具有明显的疗效。

A splenic asthenia model was made by subcutaneous injection of reserpine in dogs.The effects of Decoction of Four Mild Drugs on clinical symptom,body weight and seral biochemical indicators were observed.The results showed that the body weight,the level of seral total protein(TP),seral albumin(ALB) and seral globulin(GLO) obviously decreased(P<0.05) after the dog appeared syndrome of splenic asthenia.After treating the dog with syndrome of splenic asthenia by Decoction of Four Mild Drugs for 7 days,the observed indexes recovered close to the blank control group level.The other splenic asthenia dogs were not treated,so the observed indexes did not recover to the blank control group level(P<0.05).The finding showed that animal model of spleen deficiency can be replicated by subcutaneous injection of reserpine in dogs,and Decoction of Four Mild Drugs had obvious effect on treating the dog with syndrome of splenic asthenia.
