摘要
枯草芽孢杆菌为革兰阳性菌,其基因组结构复杂,能产生多种抗生素,主要包括肽类物质和非肽类物质。肽类物质可分为两类,一类由核糖体途径合成,另一类由非核糖体途径合成;非肽类物质包括聚酮化合物、氨基糖和磷脂。论文介绍了已知的枯草芽孢杆菌抗生素的结构和生物合成过程,给出一些抗生素的调控途径。概述了枯草芽孢杆菌抗生素除抗菌活性以外其他的生物学活性,为枯草芽孢杆菌抗生素的研究提供参考。
Bacillus subtilis is a gram positive bacteria which is able to produce many kinds of antibiotics with an amazing variety of structures.These antibiotics include predominantly peptides that either ribosomally synthesized or non-ribosomally generated,as well as non-peptidic compounds such as polyketides,an aminosugar,and a phospholipid.This article introduced the structure of all know B.subtilis antibiotics,and the analysis of their biosythntheses,and the regulation pathways of some antibiotics were given.The summarization of function which is distinct from antibacterial activity will do a favor for the research of antibiotics of Bacillus subtilis.
