创意团队中隐性知识转移的激励制度设计 被引量:2

摘要 创意团队良好的创意不仅来自于团队每一位成员所拥有的隐性知识,更来自于团队内成员所拥有的隐性知识相互转移和共享。企业如何设计一套激励制度,促使团队成员隐性知识转移,成为创意团队发展的关键。该文尝试建立一个理论模型来探讨影响激励制度设计相关变量之间的关系,为企业激励制度设计提供一个理论基础。
