院外髋关节功能康复指导组的成立及体会

Rehabilitation of the hip lobby group set up guidance and experience

目的探讨院外功能康复指导在髋关节置换术患者家庭康复中的应用价值。方法将56例髋关节置换术患者随机分成2组,指导组患者从出院日起每月由专人负责采用上门家访、电话随访、定时回院随访等方式指导功能康复训练,对照组不具体指导关节功能康复训练。结果 1年后指导组患者在疼痛、关节功能、关节活动度、畸形4个方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.01。结论医护人员根据不同的术后时间及时给予康复指导,减少因活动不当而造成的并发症,促进行走功能,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the functional rehabilitation outside the hospital to guide in the total hip arthroplasty in patients with home-based rehabilitation in the application.MethodsJanuary 2007 ~ December 2008 56 cases of total hip arthroplasty were randomized into two groups,to guide patients per month from the date of discharge from the use of door staff for home visits,telephone follow-up,regular follow-up,etc.back to hospital guide functional rehabilitation training,the control group was not specific guidance on joint function in rehabilitation training.ResultsOne year after the Steering Group patient pain,joint function,joint mobility,deformity 4 are obviously superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.01.ConclusionHealth care workers according to different postoperative time to time to give rehabilitation guidance,reduce the complications resulting from the inappropriate activities to promote walking function and improve quality of life.
