腔内注射玻璃酸钠对膝关节骨性关节炎的应用效果观察与综合护理

The observation and nursing of sodium hyaluronate on osteoarthritis of the knee joint

目的研究玻璃酸钠对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法 30例患者分别采用髌上内外侧或髌下内外侧穿刺在膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,并采取综合护理措施。结果治愈率为83.33%。结论玻璃酸钠是治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的好方法。
