Maintenance the Police Right Under the Perspective of Risk Society

人民警察作为行使国家行政执法力量特殊公民,具有双重身份。在执行公务的过程中,很多情况下为了维护公权力威严而被迫放弃私权利。因此,在不断强化队伍建设、从严治警的同时,亦应建立切实可行的警察权利制度,采取适当有效的救济措施,以切实维护警察的合法权利。

As special citizens who exercise the state power of administrative law enforcement,police have dual citizenships.While performing official duties,they are forced to give up private rights in order to safeguard the authority of public power.Therefore,while in strengthening the team construction and strictly governing the police,we should also establish practical police rights system,take appropriate measures for effective remedies,so as to safeguard the lawful rights of police.
