摘要
针对国内励磁控制系统普遍存在的故障易发率高、维护困难等问题,通过采用冗余策略,引入现场总线概念,采用带有两个CAN控制器的微处理器dsPIC 30F6014作为控制核心,构建了一种基于CAN总线的网络式新型励磁控制系统,它实现了冗余设计.文中介绍了励磁系统的构成、CAN总线的特点、通信方案、软硬件设计方法及运用指数分布函数对此冗余系统进行可靠性分析.所设计的系统具有较强的实时性,大大降低了部件之间相互影响的程度,提高了系统的可靠性.
