Effect of different sport stress on carpal structure:an analysis of CT image

摘要 目的研究武术功力运动员与网球运动员腕骨形态结构的差异。方法采用螺旋CT及图像处理技术,测量两组运动员腕部头状骨和钩骨的面积、灰度值等参数做统计学分析。结果实验组(功力)头状骨冠状面和矢状面灰度大于对照组(网球),(P<0.01),两组钩骨灰度基本相等;实验组头状骨冠状面、矢状面平均面积小于对照组(P<0.05),实验组钩骨水平面、冠状面平均面积小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与网球运动相比,武术功力运动可使部分腕骨骨密度(灰度值)增加,面积减小,预示骨体积可能缩小。 Objective To study the differences in size and structure of the carpal bones between wushu gongli and tennis athletes.Method The area and grey values of capitate bone and hamate bone in each group were measured by spiral CT and image processing,and analysed statistically.Result The gray values of the capitate coronal and sagittal capitatum in gongli group were larger than those in tennis(p<0.01),but the gray values of hamate in two groups were similar to each other.The average area of coronal and sagittal capitatum was less in gongli group than in control(P<0.05).The average area of horizontal and coronal of hamate in gongli group was less than that in the control(P<0.05).Conclusion Wushu gongli sports increase the grey values and decrease the area of carpal bones which indicates that the volume of the carpal bones would reduce compared with tennis sports.
