P33ING1在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其与肿瘤细胞凋亡的研究

摘要 目的探讨抑癌基因P33ING1在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其与肿瘤细胞凋亡的相关性。方法应用免疫组化S-P法和TUNEL法,检测83例BTCC及11例正常膀胱黏膜组织中P33ING1表达情况及细胞凋亡指数(AI)。结果 83例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中,P33ING1蛋白阳性表达率为59.03%,而正常膀胱黏膜组织中P33ING1蛋白阳性表达率为90.9%。P33ING1蛋白表达与膀胱移行细胞癌WHO肿瘤分级相关。AI与P33ING1蛋白表达无相关性。结论 P33ING1表达水平下降,可能在膀胱移行细胞癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,检测P33ING1表达水平,对膀胱癌的诊断、治疗和预后判断,可能具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the expression of the tumor suppressor gene P33ING1,and to explore its relationship with apoptosis in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC).Methods The expression of P33ING1 was determined by Immunohistochemical SP in 83 cases of BTCC and 11 cases of normal bladder mucosa tissue.Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) was applied to detect the apoptosis.The apoptosis index (AI) were defined.Results The positive expression rate of P33ING1 protein was 59.03% in 83 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma,while the expression rate of P33ING1 protein was 90.9% in the normal bladder mucosa tissue.The expression of P33ING1 protein had close relation with the classification of BTCC (WHO).There was no significant relationship between the expression of P33ING1 and AI.Conclusion The lower expression of P33ING1 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma may be play important roles in tumorogenesis.Detection of the expression level of P33ING1 may be helpful in the treatment,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of patients with BTCC.
