摘要 目的应用逆向调强算法实现三维适形放射治疗。方法对5例非小细胞型肺癌患者,分别做三维适形及1个子野的调强放射治疗计划,对适形角、加速器跳数等指标进行比较。结果 1个子野的调强放疗计划优于射野方向相同的三维适形放疗计划。结论应用逆向调强算法技术,可以实现三维适形放射治疗。 Objective To actualize three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy by using intensity modulated radiotherapy therapy (IMRT) inverse algorithm.Methods 5 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients are given a three-dimensional conformal and one surbeam intensity modulated radiation therapy in order to compare conformal angle,MU and other indicators.Results A surbeam intensity modulated radiation therapy plan was superior to the three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in the same direction of the radiation field.Conclusion IMRT inverse algorithm technology can achieve three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy
