摘要
在颜色相似系数的基础上提出彩色SUSAN算子的车牌定位方法,并采用MATLAB进行仿真,实验结果表明该方法能较准确地定位车牌,便于进一步的车牌字符分割。
In the light of color similarity coefficient,this paper presents a new method based on color SUSAN to locate vehicle license plate.Experimental results demonstrate efficiency of the location method and conve-nience to next characters segmentation.
