摘要
对20CrMoH材料汽车齿轮在周期式可控气氛多用炉中进行了稀土渗碳工艺的研究。通过实验考察了添加稀土对渗碳层深及提高碳势对渗碳速度的影响。实验结果表明:采用880℃~900℃,以氮气加甲醇为载体气氛的稀土渗碳工艺中,稀土加入量为5%时渗碳效果最佳,使碳在奥氏体中的扩散系数较普通渗碳提高了1.25~1.35倍;稀土渗碳过程中,提高碳势能稍增加渗碳层厚度,但效果并不明显。
RE carburizing technology on the automotive gear of steel 20CrMoH was studied in muti-purpose chamber furnace with protective-gas atmospheres in this paper.The influence of RE addition on the depth of carburized layer and the influence of carbon potential increase on carburizing speed were analyzed by experi-ments.The results show that the pervasion modulus of carbon is(1.25-1.35) times faster than the general car-burizing in austenite with the optimal addition of 5% RE under(880-920)℃ in the atmosphere of ...
