《妇产科护理学》理论教学与临床实践“衔接”的影响因素分析

Influencing Factors of "Engagement" of Theory Teaching and Clinical Practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing

为评价《妇产科护理学》理论教学与临床实践衔接效果,对某医学院校4名专任教师及其附属医院64名临床带教护士进行调查。结果显示:66.18%的调查对象认为《妇产科护理学》理论教学与临床实践基本结合,33.82%的调查对象则认为部分脱节。临床带教护士认为为了病人安全未完全放手让学生参与实际工作,学生实践机会少是主要原因。专任教师认为医院与学校沟通交流不足,学生临床学习效果得不到反馈、师资培养滞后是主要原因。改变单一教学模式,培养师资,创办院校合作模式将是改变现状的有效途径。
