摘要
教师信念教育是教师教育的核心内容,而现实中教师信念教育却面临困境。由于缺乏具体科学的理论指导,教师信念教育实效不高。因而,教师信念教育应以满足现实需要为旨归,更为具体、清晰地界定教师信念的内涵,明确教师信念教育的内容与方法,提升师范生及职后教师的原初信念;考察我国教师信念形成与转变的社会文化因素。
