乙醇对氯胺酮催眠作用和镇痛ED_(50)的影响

摘要目的观察乙醇对氯胺酮催眠作用和镇痛ED50的影响。方法采用翻正反射实验,观察乙醇对氯胺酮催眠小鼠入睡率的影响;用序贯法观察乙醇对氯胺酮镇痛ED50的影响。结果乙醇增加氯胺酮催眠小鼠的入睡率(P<0.01),降低氯胺酮的镇痛ED50(P<0.01)。结论乙醇能增强氯胺酮对小鼠的催眠和镇痛作用。
