热压烧结AlN-SiC复相陶瓷的致密化

摘要 研究热压烧结A1N-SiC复相陶瓷的致密化行为,探讨SiC含量及热压温度、保温时间等工艺参数对复相陶瓷致密化的影响。结果表明,当SiC含量不超过70%时,在1900℃,保温1h,压力为30MPa,氮气气氛下可以制备出致密的A1N-SiC复相陶瓷,相对密度达到了99%以上。 The sintering densification behavior of A1N-SiC composite ceramics prepared by hot pressed sintering process is investigated.The influences of the SiC content and the sintering temperature and holding time on the composite density are discussed.The results show that when the content of SiC is less than 70%,the densified AlN-SiC composite material can be prepared at 1900℃ for 1h under the pressure of 30MPa in nitrogen atmosphere,the more than 99% relative density can be achieved.
