摘要
采用线性扫描伏安法、交流阻抗法和SEM,研究植酸在3.50%NaCl溶液中对A3钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明,植酸在3.50%NaCl溶液中是一种阳极缓蚀剂,它可以使A3钢腐蚀电流密度减小、极化电阻增大,对A3钢具有明显的缓蚀作用,其缓蚀效率与植酸浓度有关。
The corrosion restrain process of Phytic Acid on A3 steel in 3.5% sodium chloride solution is investigated by using Linear Sweep Voltammetry(LSV),AC Impedance(IMP) and SEM.The results show that the Phytic Acid is an anodic inhibitor on metals,and it makes the corrosion current density decrease and the polarization resistance increase.The corrosion of the A3 steel is obviously inhibited with the Phytic Acid and the inhibiting efficiency is related to the concentration of the Phytic Acid.
