摘要
我国证券市场违法犯罪打击与防控模式的形成有其特定的历史背景,该模式已不能适应新形势下防范和打击证券违法犯罪工作的需要。为此,探索构建我国证券市场违法犯罪打防一体化制度成为亟待解决的问题。
China s stock market has its specific historical context in crime combat and prevention,which has not been able to adapt to new fight against securities related crimes.Thereby,to explore a " Crackdown and Prevention" system against crimes in stock market is expected to be solved.
