摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济的国际化,各种形式的犯罪随之出现,特别是黑社会性质组织的犯罪已经开始蔓延和发展。打击对策:1.围绕黑社会性质组织的特点收集相关证据;2.坚持"打小打早"原则;3.防止干扰,加强反腐力度;4.建立有效可行的"打黑"机构。
Along with the internationalization of the socialist market economy,various forms of crimes,particularly organized gangland crimes have already started to spread and develop.Combat strategies: 1,we should focus on the characteristics of gangland organizations with the intention of gathering relevant evidence;2,adhere to crack down small organizations as early as possible;3,prevent interference and strengthen anti-corruption efforts;4,establish an effective organ to crack down the gangland.
